One of the straps that would hold the car on the car dolly was 3/4 torn and they had hooked it to the haul truck. I'm thankful my brother noticed it or it could have been a disaster. They had another car dolly there so we were able to switch.

The owner of this establishement is a rude and ignorant bastard. His inability to properly disclose the exorbitant fees that would later be assessed is a very poor reflection of your reputation as a respected and reliable transportation provider. The base rate advertised on your trucks seems reasonable at first glance but what starts out as a $29.95 rental should not become an $83 expenditure. True, I did also prent an appliance dolly, which turned out to be a real back saver. But the insurance, environmental fees, credit card fees, and the overcharging for gas replacement, which I didn’t even see as below the previous line, are beyond what I would call reasonable. I dont believe this gentleman did a respectable job at representing your company or what it has stood for over the many, many years.
