RONALD RThe service truck is very worn and suspension is not good. Also, a lot of rust on the wheel lug nuts on all four wheels brings safety concerns. The customer service was awesome and the truck did ok on a short trip, but was not good on bumps and was concerned of my items falling. Better truck would make the entire experience really good.
Carol LI was not familiar with where the key box was in relation to the truck location, would have been helpful to know more, delayed my mobile pickup, was as much on me, but it all worked out good!
