Went to pickup location NO TRUCK!!! Had to call customer for them to find me another truck. 15 miles away.

There was a garbage bag of stinky household trash and about 10 moving boxes as well as a very large rectangle furniture box left in the back from a previous move.

JAMES EThe price is way to high you should at least give first 100 miles free in. 26 foot U-Haul and provide some hand trucks and a good truck that did not make me feel like it was going to break down the moment we left the parking lot I was not a good experience for me 26 foot rentals should get first 100 miles free and a damn set of hand trucks ugh why is that so hard to get for the amount I paid
