The truck stop is busy, they didn’t want to come out and unhook or inspect the trailer. Acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Would not use again.

I had trouble getting the Uhaul check in app to work and the guy working there was not informed about the Uhaul stuff. Then the movers didn't show up because they didn't have a ride to get to my house.
