David BThe uhaul contract was primarily conducted by the only service station attendant who was responsible for uhaul rental and the entire station operation. The poor man was stressfully multitasking . As a result there was some confusion over the time that my rental trailer should have been returned and I was charged an additional service charge of 20 dollars.
