When I got the truck the Inside was dirty and then they charged me for an insurance policy that I never agreed too. I called 4 times to get it taken off and then over a month later the bill comes out and the charge is still there and I got charged for it.. horrible customer service

I arrived 45 minutes before the posted closing time. The location was already closed. I called the number written on a very faded piece of paper taped to the door. The person on the phone instructed me where to leave the trailer. I did not have a jack, and I had to call someone to come help me back the trailer into the only available spot and unhook the trailer with no jack. A grown man had issues lifting the hitch off the truck without a jack. We had to rummage through the wood of a fallen tree to block the tires and secure the trailer. I do not recommend this location.
