Getting and dropping of the key, requires talking with the guy in the gas station. Not sure how after hours pickup/drop offs would work.

WENDY CTruck had debris in back, had to ask attendant at gas station to broom it. Tires were under inflated. Had to inflate. These items made it obvious truck was not inspected by facility before renting out to me. Which led to me not comfortable with safety of vehicle. Attendant also was not knowledgeable on how to use app to help me out with it.
Ed LI was charged for pads that I never received
Anyely ECONFUSING, ATTENDANT SAID HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND I COULD ONLY CALL TO RECIEVE ASSISTANCE. TRUCK WAS DIRTY, TRASH ON FLOOR AND IN THE LOADING AREA OF THE TRUCK.
