The gentleman at this location was very very nice to my son and we have no idea if he was the one responsible for the cleanliness of the truck but someone dropped the ball there .You should check the cab to make sure it's completely clean no debris between the cracks of the seats no dirty cup holder areas or stickiness, you should check the rear to make sure that you have the items requested like in this case we did not have the hand truck which was a big deal and I specifically asked for one as per my original reservation, you shouldn't be checking in on apps and non-uhaul locations because I took my son and 1 hour and 35 minutes to check in and the app forced us to a return location 25 minutes from my house when there are two locations 6 and 8 minutes away when we return the truck the check engine light was on so clearly the truck needs maintenance and all this was on top of calling us the day before and telling us we had to go 40 minutes south west the opposite direction that we had to go to pick up things to get the truck this was a disastrous experience and I want a full and complete refund I will settle for nothing less. My rating has nothing to do with the individual who took care of us because he's not in control of the computer system problem but he is responsible or someone there is for the cleanliness of the truck and not having the item in the rear that we reserved and asked for and it's not his fault that you have no business having people check in on apps taking an hour and 35 minutes to pick up a truck that's absurd.

This UHAUL was fine, my billing was totally screwed up. I rented for 1 day or 80 miles . Under the 100 mile marker and I was charged for a 1 day and 115 miles. I had to send pictures with time stamped to verify my claim. I am still waiting on the resolution.
Dennis COverall communication. I called and talked with people numerous times before my pick up date because of being changed from Huntington to Bay Shore pick up, then added that I needed to go to Commack to get Tow Dolly. Unacceptable! Getting to Bay shore I had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone again with representative to get clearance before they would give me the keys. All this information was already given In Huntington when I originally scheduled the rental. To top it all off, when I got to Bay shore to get the tow dolly the connection for the lights was missing so I was told to drive illegally without lights to Huntington to get the connection piece. Again, Totally unacceptable!!
andrew cTruck was old. While it served its purpose, I would not drive this more than very short distances.
CHEE LWhen I got there to pick it up in the morning the windshield was full of ice and snow I had to clean it off myself and didn't have a brush or anything and he lent me a little broom and I had to spend a good half hour of my time and the gas that I had to pay for to wait for it to warm up otherwise truck was clean people are very nice
