It wasn’t the equipment that I had rented in the back of the U-Haul, waiting for me. The person that handled counter, Rentals was not there, and I had to use the app and could not get the equipment I needed

Trucks should be backed into station not pulled in forcing the customers to back onto a busy street.

ANGELO NVery difficult time at pick up. Location would not help. Wifi spotty so trying to reach main office was very hard. Took almost 9" minutes at pickup Return was not truthful- they said nothing to do on our part and then we found out there was stuff we needed to do. Won't ever go back to this location
