BRADLY LDidn't realize going through the process to pick up, once at the facility would take 15-20 minutes. First time, so it took a little longer. Good service being contact-less, but would have preferred to show up at 7:15 for 7:30 rental, not realizing how long it would take.
Michael SThe air flow vent on the drivers side needs to be fixed. When the engine is serviced again check why she down shifted so suddenly whilst slowing down to come to a stop.
Christopher LAnswer the phone more often instead of letting it go to voicemail. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. Being alone, no wonder she cannot answer all of the phone calls.
