They need to be on time for work and be there at the site when they day they open at 9 am be there at 9 do not arrive at 11 am loke they did to us. We were scheduled to pick up a 10 foot truck at 9 they never arrived. The only good side was they didn't have the 10 ft truck so they offered the 15 for the same price and they let us have another day for the rental.

WILLIAM VI did not get the young man’s name, yet he provided extraordinary service. I’ll admit, we were 1-1 1/2 hours late due to some daycare-related issues, however he was so very understanding and accommodating to our needs. He explained the process thoroughly and answered each question we had. I was very pleased to see this quality customer service in my hometown.
Melissa SAfter hours drop off so not much to rate off of. Parking lot was clear but unfinished and signage was kinda hard to find/faded.
