Rinos CThe representative for this particular location completed the contract without allowing me to sign any of the documents or confirm items added. I completed a reservation without wanting to add in the safe protection coverage. My receipt shows that the representative added this in. In addition I used the vehicle from 10:30 am to 12:30 after midnight and have received an invoice for 2 days when this is less than a 24 hour period. Shady business practices, would not recommend this location to anyone.
