I was able to check in on the app for the 15' truck I rented, it was there in the lot, and then was told by a virtual assistant that I was unable to take it because it hadn't been checked in. And was only instead able to take a 10' truck. Extremely frustrating and made our move so much harder. Do better!!!!

The virtual assistant was nice and prompt. Then when I returned the truck the attendant on site was awesome! She took care of me as soon as we returned the truck!! Great service

Brian DU-haul van had a roach infestation, never again!
MAKENZIE BI had to extend the rental agreement several times (6) and I was given payable extensions. I was to get a late return on the 7th day because of the rain, but I was charged for another day. Feel that was unfair.
