Truck was not cleaned between users. There were 3 dollies in the cargo area, not supposed to be in the truck. Trash in the cargo area, sand on the floor mats in the cab, smelled like an ashtray also. The key was located in the wrong lock box, had to contact their virtual support system at the storage facility. They cannot keep employees at this location as I had a similar problem in the past at this location. I am done renting from Surguard location. They give UHual a bad reputation. You can improve the rental experience by dumping this location.

Laurence BThe parking slots are way too small so when returning I had to park on the other side of the building. I had to leave my car there while I did my move; there is no other available parking except for the disabled parking spots. I didn’t like the virtual customer service person.
Cynthia SFirst time using a rental truck. The whole transaction went smoothly. Just remember to use the app when dropping it off before putting the keys in the box. My husband put the keys in the box before I took the “dropping off” images. Needed those to show mileage and full gas tank. They were honest and did not overcharge us. Thank you! We would definitely use them again!
Nancy WLocation was fine I guess but the truck I reserved that said guaranteed or I’d get paid $50 was in fact not available. The associate was kind and did provide a different smaller truck however. Will definitely go to a real U-haul dealer in the future though.
