There is no cell reception at the pickup location. I was late to an event. I had to drive away from the location two separate times so my phone could upload all the pictures I was made to take.

KATHERINE RThe only negative I had for this location was not being able to connect easily to the internet on the U-Haul app. Not sure if this is due to the airport across the street. The location was easy to find and the lockbox worked easily.
Tracey DWe were given a DISGUSTING 15 foot truck that was miss firing when it drove. The guy was mean and uncomfortably cold. You can tell he hates people, his job, and maybe even life. I feel bad for him.
