The location I went to had no cell phone reception so I could not use the app to properly return the U-Haul online. Also I got charged $315 for a truck I drove less than 70 miles
Joseph HWell very nice and helpful folks at both locations. Equipment worked fine. A great experience soured by charging an extra $5.80 for mileage. You folks calculated the mileage for the one-way trip, not me. Bottom line, you made an extra $5.80 and created a friction point. Very little money, not a good business decision.
