This rental location is at a full service auto repair facility. Personnel were very busy but took the time to be very helpful. Transaction was fast and easy, trailer was ready and easy to pick up and return. I will definitely rent there again.

The worker was awesome so kind! The truck was so filthy and dirty. Engine light was on a wrench light was on the a/c worked on and off. The truck was making awful noise and felt very unsafe. And there was only 1/4 tank of gas
Ashleigh EVery unstable vehicle, driving was a nightmare especially at the end when a green wrench and a check engine light came on, had to wait for an hour on hold to get roadside assistance to support me. Then it ended up making me late to my drop off location. I will never be using U-Haul again. I will just pay the extra money for a moving company since it is not worth the hassle anymore.
