Only issue was we had confirmed the rental of a hand truck to assist in moving heavy bins and boxes and when we showed up there was not one available . We ended up having to rent one elsewhere which was very disappointing
RICHARD WMr Shipper personnel initially did not know how to correctly hook up an auto-trailer. I had to do it myself until they finally called in the manager who helped me. They did not have the pads or dolly that I reserved. Location is in a tight strip mall. Unsat experience.
HARRY HI rented the truck at 8 and returned it at 4. Yet I was charged for 2 days.
Kenneth SCharged me extra for a few miles over. Fact is I spent 20 minutes driving around looking for a gas station to replenish fuel. Returned with more fuel than when I picked up. Still added the mileage. Won’t be going back there again.
