Location did not provide a key drop off box or even a mail slot for key. I had to return the next day, after checking out the day before, to drop off the key.

The previous customer had hidden trash away from sight. Including full and open alcoholic beverages. I could have gotten in a lot of trouble for this. The UHaul truck itself was in good condition.
Thomas MReserved a 15’ truck one week in advance and “none” available on the pick up day, charged same amount for a 10’. At the parking lot where I picked up the 10’, there was a 15’ truck parked by it, so not sure why he said none available. 10’ had no ramp.

Tracy FThis location and whoever is managing Uhual returns is awful. I had an in town move and only drove 25 miles (with picture proof) and whoever checked my equipment in decided to put I drove 145 miles. I also didn’t receive a dolly and was still charged for it. After I addressed the issues, the manager changed the fuel charge and chargeable rental period, as well as still charging me for the dolly I did not receive. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sincerely ask U-haul to investigate this location as a provider.
