Great location for what I needed. Friendly attendants. NOT HAPPY ABOUT GETTING A TRUCK WITH 0 GAS IN THE TANK AND HAVING TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO FIND A GAS STATION I should not have to immediately find a gas station after renting a UHAUL, spending time and money to do the bear minimum. Was told by the owners that customers return vehicles with no gas and that is just how it is. Added over a quarter of a tank right after going 2 miles out of the way to find a gas station. WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR Was told that I would get a credit for returning the UHAUL with gas in it. I received $0 credit.

Floor and cup holder were dirty. I cleaned the interior and exterior before returning to not be penalized.
Oscar LThis company will try to scam you. I was never told what location to drop off at, and I did tell them what city I would be dropping off in and no one indicated a specific location. So naturally we dropped off in the city of our choice as we indicated to them upon pick up. They tried to charge us an extra $400.00 just for dropping off a mile down the road at another Uhaul location. Now I can understand a very small fee but $400.00, which mind you is way above and beyond the truck rental itself. Are they out of their everliving mind! I will not be using Uhaul again! Beware shoppers!
Michelle BMileage was wrong and gas was wrong owner said he would take care of it but he didnt so i got charged extra and i am not letting that stand.
Vincenzo RI first booked for pick up in Boca. It was moved to pompano and I was unable to go to that location. They moved it again for me to Delray. The person in Delray told me I could pick up any time if it's after hours I could get key from lock box. When I arrived I had no directions on how to get the key. I sat on hold for at least 30 minutes with customer service to figure it out. Now two weeks later they charged me for an extra day but I did not take an extra day. When calling customer service they said they saw I returned it on time but had to wait for charge to no longer be pending to dispute the charge.
