The previous customer had hidden trash away from sight. Including full and open alcoholic beverages. I could have gotten in a lot of trouble for this. The UHaul truck itself was in good condition.

Reserved a 15’ truck one week in advance and “none” available on the pick up day, charged same amount for a 10’. At the parking lot where I picked up the 10’, there was a 15’ truck parked by it, so not sure why he said none available. 10’ had no ramp.

I had an in town move and only drove 25 miles (with picture proof) and whoever checked my equipment in decided to put I drove 145 miles. I also didn’t receive a dolly and was still charged for it. After I addressed the issues, the manager changed the fuel charge and chargeable rental period, as well as still charging me for the dolly I did not receive. I would not recommend this place to anyone and sincerely ask U-haul to investigate this location as a provider.
