I returned the truck with more fuel than I left with and was still charged a 2550 fuel charge and I took the photos through the app and stated that the back was dirty and I got charged a cleaning fee.

My reservation was for 9:00, I waited in front of the store till about 9:40 when the employee finally showed up and said “oh sorry I overslept” - did not offer any form of discount for the inconvenience - he then told me they close in 2 HOURS - so I would just have to drop the truck off in the back and put the keys in the drop box. Easy, right? WRONG they did not log my drop off and proceeded to charge me everyday for 4 days claiming I still had the truck. It was not until I reached out to uhaul directly where Kimberley Reeves helped resolve everything. Extremely pathetic service at this location.

FABIAN CLocation did not provide a key drop off box or even a mail slot for key. I had to return the next day, after checking out the day before, to drop off the key.
DANIEL MThe previous customer had hidden trash away from sight. Including full and open alcoholic beverages. I could have gotten in a lot of trouble for this. The UHaul truck itself was in good condition.
