The storage compartment was covered with drywall dust and debris. The tow/haul light came on every time the engine stated up. Accelerating the truck you can hear the gears grind so you have to back off the accelerator to the truck would stall out. could not adjust the driver side mirror at all. The pick up facility was a maze of cars, one way in and out. I couldn't take initial pictures on the app, don't know if it was the location and didn't have good signal or the app. the person I picked the truck up from was accepting and filling out paper work without input of consent from me, he also got agitated when I was asking question about the app and not being able to take or submit photos.

Not open during posted hours. Located in a junk yard. Trailer lights weren’t connected at first. After I pointed it out,l plugged them in myself and the guy never checked to see if they were working. I was not shown my receipt until later when it was emailed. I was overcharged and had to call U-Haul directly to reverse charges. I won’t go there again.
Ana MNo clear indication of where to drop off the truck. Trashy area, not safe at all. Definitely not visiting this location again.
DANIEL PAirbags didn’t work in the vehicle. I brought this up to the attention of the U-Haul service number and they didn’t do anything about it. I also thought that I was about to get robbed at the location that I picked this up for at any point. Absolutely horrible experience and I will be contacting my credit card company.
