The location was not open at scheduled pickup time. Trailer was not there. Had to go back home and call ubaul-Chyenne did a nice job helping us but ended up with a truck instead of trailer and my wife had to drive 13 hours . Brakes need service/schimmed.After loading-stablitrack light came on.

Place was literally a junk yard .
Edward FIt is confusing to find the drop off location, as it is behind a private large car garage with car lot. I was able to find it on the second try. I saw a small UHaul sign and a garage worker pointed me to the right direction.
SERGEI CNot an actual location. It was a junkyard with a few trucks and trailers. The worker did my paperwork on a laptop while sitting in a running uhaul truck with air conditioning. Upon putting my rental trailer on, he hits my bumper with the trailer and makes no effort to apologize. The actual lot is filled with potholes and puddles, which left me with a dirty dusty car after pickup.
jared bI was charged for an extra day when I returned the trailer before my actual return time. Nobody answers the phone.
