How U-Haul Reviews WorkHe was really good about moving the truck and making it available even though they close down at night he left the U-Haul space that I could retrieve it in the morning early. Just make sure you come super early to pick up the truck because it’s left at another business that the truck might be in the way. But he was really good about calling me making sure I was there before he closed because it’s not like some of the others where you can just pick it up anytime with the mobile app. But super friendly and went out of his way to make sure I got my truck. Thank you!
HANNAH UThis location is a run down auto repair shop with a Uhaul yard way out back. Signage is terrible, communication is limited and the drop off was a bit uncomfortable.
Charles BThe speed of the pick up. Other then that good . Person that helped us was friendly and kind. But, he had to check with u haul before he let us have vehicle. They booked truck with us and another customer. I'm glad we were still able to get rental because we were coming from New York to move my mother-in-law from Florida.
Mark MPlace was a little hard to find as it's behind an auto body shop. However, they had exactly what I reserved, helped attach the trailer for me and was super nice. I would definitely rent here again.
