The guy at the p/u location wouldn't let me sit and take pictures of the truck. He also said not to worry about the gas. It was 3/4 full and he said it's full enough and not to worry about filling it up to drop off.

This location was a disaster. No signs, no instructions, nobody there to help, nowhwhere to put the equipment. I have never had a worse experience retunring equipment.

Vincenzo BThis location has the appearance of a Junkyard. There's no office or personnel on site. You have to call a number that's printed on a sheet of paper. The sheet blends into the sign so it's almost invisible. After calling the number, you have to wait for personnel to show up. When the personnel arrived, he was the most pleasant fellow. However, had it not been for another customer arriving and finding the number to call, I would have never found the number. I was just beginning to proceed to a different location to find out my options to drop off the trailer when the personnel showed up.
