The woman was over 10 minutes late opening the office. She had a poor attitude, and wore an unprofessional t-shirt that said, basically, don’t piss me off. Didn’t come out and check trailer condition, show me how to attach trailer or check that the lights were functional. Poor service and extremely unprofessional. This should be addressed before others have such a negative experience. Please fix it!
