Vehicle NEEDS TO BE FIX when tried to accelerate it did not get out of first gear and the alignment was so horrible I felt extremely unsafe and would never use a U-Haul cause of this unacceptable experience cause I still have to pay for this horrible experience is ridiculous

KATHLEEN NNo wait. Truck was on-site and ready and gas tank was full. Business proprietor had additional equipment ready upon our arrival and was on time. Location is in a small strip mall area, but it was before most buisness hours and very close to where we needed to be to load the truck.
DENISE SI used the Truck to move new rental apartment just cross the st, I have driven less than 3 miles. I put 2 gallon gas, but this location charges my card additional $6 for fuel. I end up with $60 charges. I am not satisfied, but I enjoy over all uhaul experience. I would recommend uhaul, but not this location.
