The employees where disrespectful and rude to me and when i said something to the guy behind the desk about the older guy that was out by where the truck was being checked in he gave me an attitude

Not good service

The employees were helpful. The facility is terrible. The access to the units is not good. I had a 5x8 trailer to unload and there was only one very narrow drive to unload. I had to instead park on the opposite of the building, where my vehicle was close to the main road I was concerned I would get hit. The floors are so bumpy inside that the hand truck I used to move items was bouncing all over the place, knocking my boxes and items off. Then the unit I was assigned was up a steep ramp so I had to push the hand truck full of items up it to get to the unit. Moving is not easy, but this place is in need of leveling the floors and adding access areas for unloading. I could only imagine if I had a full Uhaul truck how that would go. I was provided a free storage unit for a month becuase of my one-way trailer rental. This was awesome. But then I go to check-in and I have to buy a special Uhaul lock and buy insurance that was required so I paid $20 anyway. Still a good deal for the month, just a let down when I got there that I had to offer up more money even though I returned my trailer 4 days early.

The address given doesn't work in GPS.

After picking up my rental vehicleI had to return to the rental site due to the low tire pressure sign appearing on the dashboard. I had driven a couple of miles at that point. When I got back to the rental location, I suggested a different vehicle for fear at least one tire had a problem. I was told that adding air to the tires would remedy the problem. I did accept their appraisal, and kept the vehicle. The light didn't come on again during the duration of my rental, but worried that one of the tires could have a problem. The staff need to make sure their vehicles are well maintained. Giving me a different vehicle when I asked for one would have demonstrated good customer service.

The guys at the shop where very nice and polite. When we return the truck someone was there to check us out as soon as we pulled up and got us going super fast.

Staff was friendly but had a lot of computer problems

Same complaint. There was a closer drop off but instead we were routed to a drop off not a lot further but representing more traffic challenges. Yes, I understand why these re-routes occur but why does Uhaul have to make it’s issues those of the customer? Re: the actual drop off experience, the yard agent was very good.

Nothing to add here. I was a great and straightforward experience. Plus, it was nice to have the guys out in the lot hook up the trailer and lights for me. Thanks very much!

I did the pre checking via the website, but needed to re-provide my license info at the shop

You made me drop off the truck at a location quite a bit farther than other closer locations.

Aaron and Torrey are GREAT PEOPLE! They seem to care about my needs! That's awesome in the cruel world of today! Thank you Both! Deborah H.

The manager who helped us was chastising his employees in front of us and extremely rude

Trailer brake lights only seemed to work sometimes. Required only traveling during daylight hours. Checked connections several times. May be a wiring issue.

Better customer service at the location would be appreciated. The counter rep was not very helpful, nor were the vehicle check in folks when the truck was returned. In addition, the counter rep gave me the wrong bar for the garment boxes purchased and I needed to go back to replace those.

I was charged $243 for a broken mirror that I know I didn't break and I know doesn't cost $243 to repair; Nobody called me to explain; nobody answered the telephone when I tried to call to find out WHY I WAS CHARGED

We waited for an hour at the store due to the computer systems being down. We were on a strict timeline and they would not give us an extra hour for the time wasted. We got charged for returning our truck an hour late. Worst service.

The cell phone service is not good in this area, so it took ages for me to download the app, I couldn't use my phone check in service. Luckily the office was open, but letting someone know they can download the app ahead of time would have saved me a lot of time. They re-scanned my license, etc. and I had to go through a lot of questions when I had already done it online the night before, since the phone check in wasn't working.

The counter customer service was lacking.

Poor location because its on a busy intersection and on BOTH sides of the street. The street address also does not correspond to the actual location.

Checking in to get the truck took forever. There were only 2 people to check in on a Saturday morning. I would say this was the only disappointing portion of the experience.

The clerk/manager wasn't very helpful. However, the guy outside made an extra effort to ensure the truck was marked with any previous dings, etc. He was very good. I would recommend this office based on the convenient location and the outside staff's attitude and hard work, but certainly not based on the manager.

Customer service was very slow and inept.

The wait was long. If there was an easier way to check-in that would be great.
