Your app is terrible. Your SVP of IT or CIO should be fired. We waited for 45 mins at a different location (a non-staffed 24x7 location) with probably 10 cargo vans late at night Thursday, 11-19, trying to get the app to work. U-Haul 800 number was a 40 min wait. We ended up getting an uber and leaving. Then, next morning we spent an hour on the phone with various U-Haul numbers, local and 800, trying to reach any human, to transfer our reservation to a staffed location. Your SVP of Customer Service should also be fired, as all the different local & 800 numbers are a terrible mess. Your company is a mess of a company. Maybe your president should be fired. How many billions in revenue does it take for you all to get the BASICS right? Very dissapointed. Won't be rending from U-Haul again, when Home Depot is so much more convenient and actually knows how to run a company that gets it right. You guys don't. Sad to think how many six-figure executives you have that probably don't have a clue, are checked out, or are the worst of the worst. Your best executives probably leave the company, and the shit that's left is what gets trickled down to me, your customer.

We had an appointment to rent a truck at 4:45PM before 5PM close. This is not our first time renting a truck, but for whatever reason this location required excessive checks. Even though we did all that was asked of us before picking up, when we asked the owner for assistance he barely helped us and was more interested in locking up the store as he literally turned the lights off on us. I would not recommend this location at all and think this location needs more training in the customer service department.

The pick up process could not have been worse, your mobile pickup flow is so horribly under invested in. I don't understand how I can pick up a car at the airport in 5 mins and it took me almost half an hour after all your bull shit. I would recommend any other moving/truck company over U-Haul. Will go out of my way to not use again.

The whole verification process took entirely too long. I had to fill out my information so many times and jump through ridiculous hoops just to get my vehicle. I understand there's a tremendous liability involved but there's got to be a way to eliminate some of the redundancy and streamline this process. Next time I need a truck I'm going to home depot

I rented a truck and then 2 days later rented a can. Tha Windows on the inside were horrible. That was my only complaint. But bot vehicles the windows u could hardly see out of.

This process was absolute chaos, insanity, and downright stupid. I am going to write a review on this location's Google page, Yelp page, and Facebook page - in an Attempt to warn others not to use this location. Not because I dislike the business owner or anything of that nature, but because of the massive headache and confusion this cost me. The mobile check in process is an absolute disaster and should be completely overhauled. Whoever made the decision or setup the process this way should be 1000% Fired. Its so horrendous that I can't even think of an analogy.

The trailer I rented blew the running light fuse (6 to 4 adapter was lit prior to plugging in) on my vehicle so I was turned away to replace the fuse. When I returned my reservation had been cancelled even though I had told the personnel I would be back. When I returned, Scott acted like he was doing me a favor by having the trailer I had reserved after he was the person who cancelled my reservation. His exact words were "you're EXTREMLY welcome for having a trailer for you"

The truck I rented had a huge gap from the bed of the truck and cab and was extremely loud for a 20 hour drive. Also it was the most unorganized experiment from start to finish.


The confirmation email should contain the actual pick up location. Equipment should be checked the night before rental. Your employees should follow through on their statements. The truck I rented was dead when I put the key in the ignition. Employee said they would call when it was fixed, when I called (3 hours after my scheduled pickup) employee said it was complete just then (I didn't, and still don't believe it). The Crew that I hired to load and unload the truck, were able to load the truck 3 and a half hours after the scheduled time and were unable to unload it due to scheduling conflicts, demanded full payment. My wife was communicating with customer service, while I unloaded the truck By Myself, she was promised a phone call from the manager on Monday, the phone call was not received. I am not certain that the promises made to her were kept. All in all, the worst move experience to date. I will not be using your company again. I will be telling this story to all my friends and when it comes time they need to rent some equipment I will re-iterate this story and try to convince them NOT TO USE UHAUL. Thanks for the Sore back , wasted day, and the bad mover reputation


The online app is useless. You need to tell people they need to have 2 contacts awake and ready to answer the phone to use it. Defeats the purpose of getting a truck outside of business hours. I had to wait for the store to open.

The location is hard to get to. The trailer was filthy on the outside . If I was u haul I would want my trailer clean on the outside. It was clean on the inside and in very good condition. The staff at the location were very nice and helpful.
