Odd people hanging around u haul trucks. Scary people walking along truck asking for money. No blankets or handtrucks available at location, so why were they listed as an available option.

The location is very scary. There’s a lot of drug addicts and no one is able to stand with you while you take photos to prepare to rent or return the truck.
RACHAEL IThe truck smelled like cigarettes and the tires kept running low on air. I needed to refill them a couple of times during my trip.
