I was convinced to change my original time to a later time in case it took longer, which it ended up not taking longer- a contract was went out to my email after I'd already rented the UHaul and left the location- it was not explained to me that I would need to replace the gas, used very little gas but was charged $18. All in all was overcharged about $50.
CONNOR PTruck was not in good shape. Driver door had closing problem, low tire light was- tempature was in low 80s. The digital check in check out process was not easy to use and took more time than in person check-in and was never sure that check out process went thru- got a receipt hrs later confirming it went thru.
Barry SOther than the truck, nothing that we requested (hand truck, furniture dolly, pads) were there. I reserved well in advance.
