Entire front windshield was covered with snow and ice which took 20 min before leaving. Trunk would not open after being unlocked as it was frozen shut and no one had removed any snow/ ice. Would not recommend.

Kristy SYou can be more transparent about ALL fees. I rented a truck for $19.99, I did go for the $15.00 insurance, but I was charged $75.00 with all the additional fees that they did not let me know about!
