Very slow, didn't seem to know what they are doing. Difficult to communicate with. The price that my confirmation said was not the price I was charged.

This was hands down my worst uhaul experience. I was the only customer in the store and it took 20-30 minutes to get me the truck as the employee had no idea what to do and was face timing someone to figure out the process.(i completed my online checkin prior to arriving) This employee couldnt understand my English. And when i finally got the truck. The back door was broken and the cable was hanging loose. It took almost all my strength to open the door as it jammed every single time. I asked for another truck and the man just shrugged at me. This is unacceptable service.

GREYSON GExtremely convenient, so I would still go here and still recommend. Check in took longer that at other places because I let convenience store customers interrupt and buy stuff as I was checking in. Truck had check engine light on. People were very nice however. But the owner of the trucks needs to check that check engine light. I only needed 10 miles, but if I were going to need 100 miles I would definitely go someplace else that had trucks without the check engine light on.
