Clerk didn't check in until. Got email saying I was late when I turned it in on time. Charges never explained to me. Will never return to location. PARK Hill location far far superior
Bobby SThe location I originally selected because of distance and availability ended up not having my truck available. But this was not told to me until I showed up. I then spent the next 45 going to the next place and getting the truck there. Which added milage to my day and thus increased my overall cost. This cost was not offered to be made up by UHaul even though it was their fault.
