I reserved a smaller truck online. I received a call from the scheduler that the truck I reserved wasn't available at the location I selected, they gave me a different truck instead. While that switch wasn't an issue and I was still able to move my items, the rest of the experience had several pain points. First, I had to retrieve the utility dolly from the very back of the store myself and maneuver it through the building, across the parking lot, and into the truck—all while navigating around a large puddle where the truck was parked. Second, the online app wasn't working. I spent a lot of time trying to upload the required photos of the truck, and even the clerk tried and was unable to get it to work. To top it off, I only drove 4 miles round trip, yet the clerk argued with me about refilling the gas tank, even though the gauge clearly showed it was completely full and past the 'F' mark. This was my second time reserving and picking up a truck. While the process has been straightforward in the past, this specific experience felt disorganized and frustrating. There wasn't anything remarkable about the service that would make me recommend this particular location.

CHRISTOPHER WIt was horrible all the way around and when I got the truck in the afternoon seem to be going OK but then after getting back in the truck to move my stuff at the block, the truck seem like it was having trouble shifting. Then the next morning, I was supposed to have it back by 11 but we overslept so I had called them and asked them to change it to a later time when I got into the truck, the engine was slipping really bad and engine light was coming on, so I thought what to do was bring it back to where I got it from and then I called Roadside assistance roadside assistance told me to go ask him for a truck. They would change it for me no problem but because my reservation is over at 11, they would not extend it nor give me a new truck so I haven’t even got to use the uhaul really because of the mechanical problems it was having since I got the vehicle. They told me I’d have to make an immigration, but I already spent all my money on that reservation. I wouldn’t get paid till but they won’t give me a truck and they wouldn’t let me get a new reservation without putting more money down which is bull crap because I already paid for truck that I didn’t use actually I want refunded on this or I want a new truck for today at no cost because this is bullshit. I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau about this actually and on this mile high gas station cause they’re very rude and when they realize that I couldn’t get the truck again and the reservation, they told me I had to get out of the truck and get off their property.
