I did have one issue that bothered me. The gas was almost on empty and yet when I tried to put that on the check out sheet it registered 1/4 full. So I had to put gas in right away, without knowing how much I would be using. That let to me paying for a lot more gas than I used and also annoyed me that I had to go to a gas station right away, delaying my time of arrival where I was meeting people to help me move.
Maura BDid not have the equipment I requested. And since it’s not an actual U-Haul facility they don’t have it.
Jennifer MThe two dolly's were disconnected when i got to the truck and the moving blankets were kinda thrown in there other than that it was a very easy and smooth experience , and drop off was also easy!
Alexandria MI found a few errors on my invoice after renting a U-Haul from this location. The person who helped me with checking in and checking out took more time than necessary. When I went back to discuss the errors on my invoice, the person at the shop was not helpful.
