Our dolly was not in the back of the truck on pickup and there ended up not being one available. They gave us a appliance dolly, but it wasn’t what we needed and didn’t end up using it

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI made a reservation online and opted out of the optional added insurance. My total was going to be approx $42. The clerk added it on without my approval and said he ran my credit card for $63. I said to him Wait no its supposed to be $42. and he said Its too late I had the insurance added on there. Very unprosessional and shady in my opinion. Do these clerks make money off the added insurance? Why else would he add that on there without telling me it wasn't what my online reservation reflected. He didn't credit me back right then, he said I'd have to ask Uhaul for a refund. If you can help me rectify this I'd really be a happy customer. Reservation #: 83475587
Joanna DCalled after I unloaded to see what the procedure was for returning the truck. I asked, "When can I return the truck?". The reply was, "Did you return the truck? You have to return the truck? Is it there already?" I asked again trying to clarify but the woman on the line kept repeating the questions and hung up on me. The next day I gassed up at the Sinclair station and then went in to ask where I should put the truck. The same woman by the voice told me, "You have to return the truck, you can't leave it at the pump." Then she walked over to a space where she wanted the truck to be parked and gave me these big waves to move along more quickly like you might if you're being impatient with someone. I'll rent from anyone but UHaul next time.
mark sI paid for two different dollie’s to move my things, they didn’t have any, charged me anyways. The owner of this store is incredibly rude, she kept yelling at me and my partner when she didn’t understand what was going on. she was having technical issues with her ipad, blamed it on us and continued to yell at us blaming us while trying to figure it out. when we came back to return the vehicle we couldn’t even pull into the gas station without her coming out and yelling at us that we couldn’t park at the pump, we were only there to fill the tank back up before returning. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and doesn’t have the equipment they list online.
Hope GI was charged for the incorrect fuel amount. I picked up the truck at 1/4 tank and dropped it at 1/4 tank. I was asked to demonstrate proof and I showed a pic of my gas meter (I still have the photo), yet on my receipt I see they charged me as if I left it at 1/8 tank. Now I need to call tomorrow and get this straightened out
