Raj was the attendant had a poor attitude processing my reservation, the truck bed was filthy, the cab was disgusting, and steering wheel were sticky, looked like it had never ever been cleaned in the 150K miles age. The truck was returned 2 hours early and Raj couldn't be bothered.to check me in and give me a receipt. I waited 8 hours, truck was still not marked returned. Uhaul corporate was called and they were no help at all. It will be a cold day in hell before I rent from Uhaul ever again.

SALLAH ZI reserved a dolly and did not get one. This ruined my whole moving experience and caused me to be delayed in my move time. Now I am being charged for the extra time I took because I DID NOT HAVE THE DOLLY I RESERVED. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU DO NOT HONOR IT
