U-Haul, fill the tank. When I picked up the truck it was at a 1/4 tank. So I had to take time to put gas in the tank on top of the system being down. By the time I got the truck it was a half hour later. And then I had to put in gas. I've never experienced a rental vehicle that wasn't prefilled. Of course, I expected to fill it up at the end, but apparently I only needed to fill it to the 1/4 tank again, which is a scam. How do I know what will get it to 1/4 tank again. I will need another rental truck in the near future, and I'm looking at other options. This was frustrating and disappointing. They did credit me for the gas I actually put int, but it wasn't nearly enough for the frustration and actual time loss. I had my movers waiting for me.I thought if they charged the previous person $30 for not filling it up and they didn't bother, then credit me that $30 because I did uhaul's job.

I would never recommend uhauk to anyone
RYAN YI arrived and they had inadvertently charged my card for a different individual's rental; under a different person's name. Thankfully the worker was kind and apologetic about it and spoke with his manager to get the issue resolved that morning, but it caused extra stress to an already busy moving day! The location overall was not very clean, inviting, or welcoming. The location did not have air conditioning and was pretty dirty and cramped.

Som SEmployee was not knowledgeable about the rental experience. I was given a truck with a gas tank below a quarter tank. I was told I had to fill it myself and I would be reimbursed. Upon returning I was then told I would NOT be reimbursed and had to contact customer service. Very frustrating.
