Great service
AURELIO PDrop off was fine. Since Grand Island messed up, (please see above comments), the experience on the drop off end was tainted.
LIZA TIt was easy to drop off, but the facility was sketch, and the employee useless.
Brandon PI was told to drop off the u-haul at one location (by email) and when I did, I received a call from u-haul being told I dropped it off at the wrong location despite them mentioning that they gave me the wrong address. I also asked for two furniture trolleys that I never got.
