The guy didn't know anything about the truck. H didn't tell me where it was parked so I had to wander through the trucks to find it. There were two unsecured dollies in the truck I did not want that took up space and were very loud while driving.

I had added someone as an authorized user on the rental and when they had arrived to pick up the U-Haul they were told they could not despite being on the reservation. After looking through the app and seeing the added driver I was astonished I had to drive over an hour to to pick up the truck because they were denied.. It was not convenient situation to be in. Parking at this facility is also very tight, when I had picked up the unit unbeknownst to me it was parked in the only handicap spot on the property.
