Added $16.00 gas charge to the final receipt even though he checked the gas gauge with me and I showed him the receipt filling up the gas. Blamed any issues with invoice on corporate and advised to call corporate customer service if I had questions about the receipt. Would not rent from this location again.

David BWe dropped off after hours - no staff on site. We had an issue with the drop off time and tried to resolve this via the Uhaul texting line. They were completely unhelpful - told us to call back during business hours - I told them I needed help now... and they never responded.
