So easy
STEVEN ENothing. The drop off was quick, easy and without drama.
Steve SSystem was down and that must have been frustrating for both of us. She was very nice but I expected it to be much smoother and the reservations were not the same as the final outcome. She might have suggested I just check in with my app so nothing would change but idk
