Man at counter was angry because we were renting a 15 foot truck and taking it out of town more than once he told us “ you don’t have to rent it “ very disrespectful and to top it off he changed the price of our rental and said that our quote didn’t include insurance and some kind of other things and come to find out it was all included all except my taxes he’s a lair and a thief he need a class in customers service
