The attendant working on Saturday when I returned the trailer seemed more interested in something else than informing me of what the return process was. As an older customer, there is a lack of customer service these days.

When picking up truck both back tires said low for tires. Price for receipts have chaged from 82.88 to 101.25 unsure why. Makes no sense!

She was the friendliest U-haul person I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I have rented a lot of equipment over the years. Very pleasant experience. Did self return, which was fairly easy.
