We booked a truck to pick up outside of office hours. We started out a little frustrated because we couldn’t get the lock open. But then the employees went above and beyond. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful. Then another staff member showed up to help us get in the truck. He was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the good service!

JACK DI was charged an extra day erroneously, and no one is replying to email to correct the issue. The equipment was a worn down truck that needed service delaying the time I had to move, the door wouldn’t close well and was extremely loud in the cab. In the future I’ll be choosing a different truck company.
