Wasn't able to get to location due to street festival and police block. Had to walk for 30 minutes and wait in line to turn in keys another 30 minutes, only to find out that Uhaul changed the location for drop off without letting me know. A&G never answered the telephone either. Found out the next morning that the first address the Moreno Valley site gave me was incorrect drop off. Had to make several calls to fix the issue. Shouldn't have to pay anything. I felt extremely unsafe while trying to turn in truck to the A&G Mart.

To start off they didn’t have the truck size I originally wanted at that location.I went ahead and rented out the next bigger size, and I was told it was for 25.99. Ended up getting charge $60 for it. I was also charge $120 “Holding deposit” that NOW I have to wait 5-7 days for it to get returned to me. And to make matters worse my final bill was $173 for the 46 miles plus the 59.99 rented truck. Over all what I ended getting charge and taken out of my account was $293. Very much upset. Uhal company very much rips you off. NEVER EVER will I rent out to them.
Karla NI was charged for gas even thoujgh the truck was returned with gas level the same. I called uhaul and was able to have the charge taken off, but shouldn't have had to do that.
Lanny SThe person at he location did not speak English which led to a big misunderstanding. When I tried to explain to the owner they were very rude. I finally had to call U haul to solve my issue.
ERIC PI was charged for a dolly that I never received. I was forced to go to a different location different than my reservation. Once at the 2nd location I had to wait 40 minutes for the manager to arrive and complete my transaction which seriously put me behind schedule.
