The only issue was hours of operation. We wanted to rent the unit on a Friday however this location was closed on Friday as well as Thursday forcing us to rent on Wednesday two day longer than needed. Suggest making changes to hours and days of operation.

STEVEN SBooked pick up apt online for 10AM. Store doesn't open until 10:30AM. Wasted half an hour waiting around, not sure why the communication from the store to U-Haul is so poor. Couldn't rent a bigger until because it was for "out of town moves" when it just sat there all day not being used. Moving vehicle itself worked fine. No moving blankets were in the truck pouch in the back though.
