Booked pick up apt online for 10AM. Store doesn't open until 10:30AM. Wasted half an hour waiting around, not sure why the communication from the store to U-Haul is so poor. Couldn't rent a bigger until because it was for "out of town moves" when it just sat there all day not being used. Moving vehicle itself worked fine. No moving blankets were in the truck pouch in the back though.

KELLY POnly thing I have to complain about is I was told to return the trailer by 830am and this location doesn't even open till 1030am so I waited around for 2 hrs. Basically for nothing bc I didnt have to sign anything, wish there would've been better communication. Otherwise, everything was great.
