Dropped the trailer off on a Saturday 2 days early. They were closed. I called Monday when they were open and advised them I had dropped trailer off Saturday. Then they billed me for an extra day (Tuesday) even though it was there Saturday.

Pierce DThe website was messed up and it took us an hour in the office waiting for the guy on the computer to give us the trailer. It wasn’t his fault it was uhauls website giving him problems but it took us forever to get out of there. This has never happened to me at any other U-Haul location.
CHRISTOPHER MI dropped off the vehicle on Friday night. 01/23/2026, but was charged through Monday 01/26/2026 at 8:00 PM and charged for an extra day. Again the online check in did not work well. But charging me for an extra day, when it was dropped off early is absurd. The weather issues are not on me.
