I dropped off the vehicle on Friday night. 01/23/2026, but was charged through Monday 01/26/2026 at 8:00 PM and charged for an extra day. Again the online check in did not work well. But charging me for an extra day, when it was dropped off early is absurd. The weather issues are not on me.

TIMMY CThe trailer I rented had one of the wooden braces on the inside on the wall taped to the wall because it was broken. Fix that, taping it makes it look cheap. The location wasn't very professional, and they were making fun of one of their coworkers while I was there.
