Jim, Amy and their staff are super friendly. I have rented from them at least 8 times in the past 3 months. We use the trucks to collect donated furniture and household goods to support people moving into permanent housing who were homeless. Appreciate the space in the 15 foot trucks.

I reserved online, so when I went to pick up the truck, instead of going through the process online, someone was there to check me in. Great!! But I was unsure what to do once I returned the truck so I just parked and dropped the keys in the box. I didn't know where to find the drop off directions! Thankfully it all worked out!
