Excellent experience
TERRY AThe pickup process was extremely long and a bit unclear. The app was glitchy and the technology part of pickup was a huge headache. The location seemed great, but uhauls process through the app created a lot of frustration on an already busy day.

The owner went above and beyond to help me in my situation and the field manager from this office was also extremely helpful and apologetic, lived up to the mistake that uhaul had made and offered any assistance I needed, this field manager deserves alot of KUDOS!! It's not often when you can own up to the mistake made and offer ways to fix it when you're a big company like UHaul.
