How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer Service was excellent, personable, attentive and efficient. The 10 foot truck was clean and well maintained. However, I’m a tall large adult and with the driver’s seat fully adjusted as far back as possible, I barely fit in it. My knees were up against the dashboard and my legs were very close to the steering wheel. The 15 foot truck that I had rented a month earlier was much more comfortable. 15 foot truck was not available when I needed it.
Francis Ztruck was ready, the staff was excellent, and it did everything i needed it to do.
