The UHaul mobile app is horrendous. I had to try three times when picking up the equipment to get it to go through. Upon returning the truck, I went through the the whole return process through to the end (taking photos, recording the mileage, etc), only to have the UHaul app remind me that I needed to return the equipment when I was halfway down the road driving back home! This was even though I got to the "Thank You and Return you keys to the drop-box" screen. I turned around and returned to the drop off location, the app still would not allow me to complete the return and showed that the reservation was still active. Finally I had to call UHaul when I got home so they could make a manual note that I returned the truck at 2:30 on Sunday. Wasted an hour of my time. Truly a horrible experience using the app and I will find another rental company if I ever have to do a rental on a Sunday in the future.
