we dropped off early (same day) so had to use the app to complete the delivery. had no interaction with this place so cannot say either way.
James WThe only problem that I come to realize with U-Haul IS, the way there trucks are geared fuel economy mileage gage is ALWAYS in the RED !!!
LAWRENCE BThe UHaul mobile app is horrendous. I had to try three times when picking up the equipment to get it to go through. Upon returning the truck, I went through the the whole return process through to the end (taking photos, recording the mileage, etc), only to have the UHaul app remind me that I needed to return the equipment when I was halfway down the road driving back home! This was even though I got to the "Thank You and Return you keys to the drop-box" screen. I turned around and returned to the drop off location, the app still would not allow me to complete the return and showed that the reservation was still active. Finally I had to call UHaul when I got home so they could make a manual note that I returned the truck at 2:30 on Sunday. Wasted an hour of my time. Truly a horrible experience using the app and I will find another rental company if I ever have to do a rental on a Sunday in the future.
