Wash the exterior of the trailer.
PAUL TWe had reserved a 26' truck since the 20' wasn't available, but when we realized how big that truck was, the staff was super helpful in switching us to a 15' that wasn't even listed on the site. They were very friendly and personable and helped make a stressful move a lot easier. The smaller truck fit almost all the furniture and boxes we needed to move, so we only needed to make 2 trips. Highly recommend this location after renting trucks 3 or 4 times from them.

RICHARD BUhaul main computer systems were down for over 6 hours. Needed a work around for me to take vehicle. Disrupted my plans. Corporate needs to do better!
