This location has lots of U-Haul trucks and trailers. Unit rented had previously been used for trip to landfill and had not been cleaned by previous user or U-Haul. Took over 20 Minutes to clean since we were hauling high end furniture.

RONA Wyou charged my card twice. So now you have over $300 held for $100 trip. On top of that, I tried to call to make sure we did everything properly because you keep sending me these random text messages but nobody answers the phone On top of that you sent me an email saying here’s your receipt… But your website won’t load the receipt. So I have zero clue what you charged me. Zero clue how much anything was All I know is that you have over $300 of my money held And I have no clue what my charges are Awful
