It was easy to rent the truck using my phone. When picking up the truck you must use the UHaul app and choose to get your truck before any code is sent to you to open the lock box containing your key. Also don't return your key to the lock box until after you have gone through all the steps necessary and taken many photos of the vehicle for your protection and UHaul. The dealership was friendly and helpful when I inquired about how to rent a truck.
Patrick LI don't know of clean and inviting. A man came to meet me by the truck as I was logging in to return it. So he returned it which is helpful. We waited until I got my receipt emailed and then we left.
