I ordered an appliance dolly, furniture dolly and 12 moving pads and asked the day before if they would be there in the uhaul which the worker said yes! It wasn’t so I had to a different location and pick them up which was the original pick up place. (Which they didn’t have the supplies I needed.) Making me 30 - an hour late of moving.
Raven HI had to walk into a shop to find someone, confusing directions to a lot next door. Not good!
Dan HGuys fixed a wiring problem w our car so we could be on our way. Kurt, Rich, & Austin are the best.
Hilary GApp does not work at this location, due to shop and trucks being several blocks from where they actually are. Unable to check in myself due to app thinking we are not at the location. Fortunately, staff was there before listed business hours and were helpful.
