Where to start. First, the two dudes acted like it was the first rental they ever made. They were disorganized and unsure of what they were doing. Second, they didn't have a working rental unit which I had requested many weeks in advance!!! Thirdly, they KNEW that it was defective and didn't let me know ahead of time! Fourth, I had to take a smaller unit than I needed because there wasn't another available unit within a hundred miles (that was not surprising since Duluth is a college town and thousands of kids were moving back home!!). This was a VERY bad experience and caused my family extreme inconvenience.

The keys were not in the lock box for pickup, the truck was buried, uncleaned, and unprepared. Equipment asked for was not included (dolly and furniture mats). Was about to be redirected to a different pickup location when a guy in a taxi showed up- a local worker who was able to help us out.
Christian PI honestly was not sure where to park the truck. I hope I put it in the right place. I know I checked it in appropriately despite the confusion.

CHRISTINE MI ordered an appliance dolly, furniture dolly and 12 moving pads and asked the day before if they would be there in the uhaul which the worker said yes! It wasn’t so I had to a different location and pick them up which was the original pick up place. (Which they didn’t have the supplies I needed.) Making me 30 - an hour late of moving.
