More options such as as day use pick up is all. Wonderful gentleman helps as much as able, if units not there, not his fault. And other choices can be made to work, so all good. We use this location fairly often, much cheaper to rent a pickup or trailer than to buy one & do all the up keep. When we've needed a large truck, it was always a good experience. Occasional older equipment has need of up-keep but nothing major at all.
CHERINE MThe AC did not work well. Was extremely hot. 6+hour drive with window rolled down.
JAXSON RHad rental reserved for pickup in Dalhart TX and checked 4 days before the pickup date and was told everything was set On 2 day drive to TX got message from Uhaul that rental wasn't available and I would have to go to Clayton NM to get one Called Dalhatt and he said unit was rented out through corporate. Got a call from Dumas TX location and was told he had a trailer and I drove there on 6/22 and picked it up. Then got a call 6/23 from Dalhart location saying he just got a trailer for me!!!! Bottom line 75 miles extra drive and had to return trailer 1 day sooner than I expected. Cluster #%@&!!!
